Partner Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly driven Partner/Channel Manager to grow and manage our ecosystem of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and channel partners for SendSafely. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new channel partners, ensuring they meet agreed-upon sales objectives. The role’s success will be measured by two primary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Volume of New MSP/Partner Logos
Revenue Generated From These Partners

Key Responsibilities

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSPs, resellers, and channel partners.
Negotiate partner agreements, define clear expectations, and ensure that partners are set up for success.
Conduct product and sales training to enable partners to effectively position and sell SendSafely’s solutions.

Strategic Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all channel partners, addressing issues, questions, or concerns promptly.
Develop trust-based relationships to motivate partners to proactively market and sell SendSafely products.
Monitor partner performance, provide ongoing coaching, and design growth strategies for high-potential partners.

Revenue Generation & KPI Achievement
Drive new revenue opportunities by setting and meeting aggressive partner acquisition targets.
Collaborate with partners to build joint business plans, forecast revenue, and create strategic campaigns.
Evaluate partner performance against revenue targets and identify opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop partner-ready resources and campaigns.
Gather and communicate feedback from partners regarding SendSafely’s products, services, and marketing collateral.

Reporting & Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on partner activity and performance metrics.
Use data-driven insights to refine go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities to drive channel growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (preferably in SaaS or technology).
Track Record: Proven experience building or expanding channel partner programs and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable understanding and explaining technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze metrics and trends to inform strategic partner decisions.
