Associate Support Engineer
SendSafely is looking for a junior SaaS technical support specialist to join our team. The focus of this role will be to respond to customer requests in a timely fashion with prebuilt templates or documented process steps. As a member of the SendSafely Customer Support Team, you will focus on high velocity customer ticket review and response with the support of the larger team.
What will you do:
The SendSafely support team provides expert technical support for US-based and worldwide clients and is responsible for:
- Helping customers troubleshoot technical issues with SendSafely
- Use problem solving skills to triage technical issues and communication skills to provide customers with concise solutions
- Create supporting documentation and knowledge base for customers
- Work closely with SendSafely Senior Support, and our Customer Success and Sales teams to provide the best possible experience to our customers
- Work with our engineering team to resolve customer-reported bugs
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field
- Have worked at least 6 months in a technical support team replying to customers via email or similar
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch service (written and verbal)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy setting your own course and taking charge of your projects
- Team player
- Self motivated ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
You may also have:
- Experience or interest in working in an early stage startup or small team
- Knowledge of help desk or CRM platforms
- Experience with AWS
- A passion for learning, the cybersecurity domain, and keeping ahead of ever evolving security threats
